• 室内设计师需获得或即将获得建筑学学士/硕士学位；

We are seeking creative, self-reliant, and critical thinking Junior Architect to join our Shenzhen China office. You will be part of a fast-paced and rigorous design-oriented studio with a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Desired Skills and Expertise
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Self-reliant capable of organize and complete tasks without excessive supervision.
• Critical and analytical thought process needed to resolve problems in a creative manner.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 1 year professional experience.
• Strong design sensibility with an aesthetic approach to details. A strong portfolio of thoughtful design solutions is a must.
• Excellent graphic skills
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Rhino, SketchUp and 3Dmax, 2D software such as AutoCAD, graphic software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese. Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Work with other team members to initiate conceptual ideas, develop the design and executes the documents that conform to the design intent as well as the quality standard set by the office.
• Produce presentation graphics and documents.
• Develop design using 3D software.
• Produce documents pertinent to the phases of competition, concept design, schematic design and design development.
• Translate project communications and documents between Chinese and English.

We are seeking architectural interns with creative design and presentation skills to join our Shenzhen China office. You will be part of a fast paced and rigorous design-oriented studio with a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Successful candidates will have studied at accredited architecture schools for more than 4 semesters and must be able to work for a period of 6-12 months. Desired qualifications include a high design sensibility with a strong portfolio of personal or prior professional projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required. Skills in Rhino and 3Dmax is preferred. Candidates should have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rigorous studio with associated deadline pressures, and must also be capable of working within a collaborative and supportive team environment. Successful candidates must be fluent in English and Chinese. Knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.

岗位职责：
负责公司人事及行政事务工作，包括且不限于：
1. 招聘、入离职手续及员工活动组织等
2. 人事行政制度建设及人事行政档案管理
3. 公司相关资料的英汉互译
4. 协助对外联络与接待
5. 德籍设计总监日程安排等助理工作
6. 公司其他日常事务
岗位要求：
1. 英文听、说、写能力良好
2. 熟练电脑操作及Office办公软件，具备基本的网络知识
3. 较强的责任心和敬业精神，良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力，较强的分析、解决问题能力
4. 工作有条理，细致、认真、有责任心，办事严谨
5. 熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力
6. 具备较强的英文文字撰写能力和较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力
7. 了解设计公司及有从业经验优先
